Sofía Álvarez Jurado is a Spanish award-winning journalist currently based in France (and an amateur illustrator in her freetime). Her work is dedicated to reporting on migration through a human-rights lens. It also brings attention to modern slavery and explores cultural practices from a transformative perspective.
She’s fluent and has worked in Spanish, English and French.
